Nathy Peluso Earns First No. 1 on Latin Airplay Chart With Marc Anthony Collab

Marc Anthony and Nathy Peluso celebrate big this week as “Como En El Idilio,” their first collaboration, lifts 2-1 on Billboard’s Latin Airplay chart dated April 18. Peluso achieves a major milestone with her first No. 1 on her first try. Plus, the track cements Marc’s legacy of hits, marking his 16th career chart-topper.

“Como En El Idilio” has shown a calm and steady climb climbing from its debut at No. 37 in February to claim the No. 1 spot in its ninth week. It grows by 20%, to 9.4 million audience impressions, across the 152 Latin-reporting stations in the United States on the tracking week ending April 9, according to Luminate.

With 16 No. 1s on his ledger, Marc ties with Carlos Vives for the third-most champs on Latin Airplay among tropical soloists. The two trail Romeo Santos, who leads the pack with 23 champs, and Prince Royce with 20. This latest achievement also marks Marc’s first charting partnership with a woman since “Olvídame y Pega La Vuelta,” with Jennifer Lopez, which peaked at No. 17 in 2017. “Como” is his first chart-topping collab with a woman since his also pair-up with Lopez on “No Me Ames,” which ruled for seven weeks in 1999.

As for Peluso, the singer/songwriter also reaps the rewards of the collaboration produced by Marc and Motiff, earning her first No. 1 with her first chart visit. The Argentinian also secured her first leader on any song chart when “Idilio” landed at the summit on the Tropical Airplay chart, where it holds strong for a third consecutive week.

“Como” also benefits from its radio pull on the multi-metric Hot Latin Songs chart, pushing 27-22 and marking Peluso’s highest entry to date. Plus, rises 4-3 on Hot Tropical Songs.

Luis Angel ‘El Flaco’s Third No. 1: Elsewhere on the Latin charts, Luis Angel ‘El Flaco’ becomes the third soloist in 2026 to secure a No. 1 on Regional Mexican Airplay, out of the 12 titles that have claimed the top spot this year.

His latest single, “Directo al Corazón,” released Jan. 29 via Sony Music Mexico/Sony Music Latin, jumps 4-1 on the chart after earning 8.1 million impressions, a 16% boost during the tracking week. The track unseats Eden Muñoz’s “Mi Yo de Antes,” which slips 1-2 with a 1% dip in impressions, to 7.6 million. Earlier this year, Gerardo Ortiz became the first soloist to top the chart with “Échame El Grito,” which held at No. 1 for one week in January.

“Directo al Corazón” becomes Luis Angel ‘El Flaco’ earns his third career No. 1 on the Regional Mexican Airplay chart, among 19 total entries.
