Jacob Alon announces double ‘Live From The Roundhouse’ album and shares stunning cover of Nirvana’s ‘All Apologies’

Jacob Alon has announced a new live album capturing their sold-out show at The Roundhouse. Check out the stirring cover of Nirvana’s ‘All Apologies’ that they performed below.

The Scottish singer-songwriter held the show at the iconic Camden venue back in April, shortly after taking home the Critics Choice Award at the 2026 BRITs in Manchester.

At the sold-out show, Alon performed multiple tracks from their widely acclaimed album ‘In Limerence’, including ‘Liquid Gold’, ‘Glimmer’, ‘Of Amber’ and the hit ‘Don’t Fall Asleep’.

They also broke out the fan-favourite 2024 single ‘Fairy In A Bottle’, as well as an emotive, tender cover of Nirvana’s 1993 ‘In Utero’ hit ‘All Apologies’.

The show at The Roundhouse was recorded on 16mm film by Peter Eason Daniels, and will be released online on August 14. There will also be a limited-edition double vinyl pressing arriving on August 28.

Jacob Alon’s ‘Live From The Roundhouse’ tracklist is:

‘Liquid Gold’
‘Zathura’
‘All Apologies’
‘I Couldn’t Feed Her ‘
‘Elijah’
‘Glimmer’
‘Of Amber’
‘Confession’
‘August Moon Pt. 2’
‘Sertraline’
‘Fairy In A Bottle’
‘Don’t Fall Asleep’

As well as the win at the BRITs, Alon has also been named BBC Introducing’s Artist of the Year, nominated for the Scottish Album of the Year, and shortlisted for the prestigious Mercury Prize 2025.

At the 2026 Ivor Novellos, the folk star took home the Rising Star trophy and the award for Best Song Musically and Lyrically for ‘Don’t Fall Asleep’.

Backstage after the two wins, they spoke to NME about working with “hero” Kae Tempest, and shared why they will always feel “inspired” by those who use their platform to speak out on political and societal issues.

“I’m endlessly inspired by those that use their voices and their platforms to speak out about what matters. I’m trying to do that myself,” Alon told us. “It’s not easy to know what the right thing to say is sometimes, but I think the effort made to do that is always worthwhile.”

Alon will be playing more festival sets throughout the summer, including slots at Latitude, All Together Now, Boardmasters, Haldern Pop Festival and more. Visit here for tickets.
