“GC and Yellowcard finally have a song together and it feels so right,” says Joel Madden
It’s the collaboration made in pop-punk dreams: Yellowcard and Good Charlotte have finally teamed up on a song together. The two early-aughts pioneers have released an updated feature version of Yellowcard‘s nostalgia-driven “Bedroom Posters,” a track first released in 2025.
“‘Bedroom Posters’ is for anyone who holds memories of their hometown near and dear,” Yellowcard’s lead singer Ryan Key said in a statement. With its melancholy riffs and wistful lyrics, the track is tailor-made for tapping into teen angst once more. “Have you ever come back to visit your hometown and felt crushed by all the memories that led up to the day you left? Have you ever felt like settling down somewhere meant giving up your dream? If so, ‘Bedroom Posters’ is for you,” Key added.
As for Good Charlotte‘s part, Key said, “The power behind Joel’s vocals take it to an even more impactful place that can truly take you back to the bedroom where you fell in love with your favorite band for the first time.”
In a statement, Good Charlotte lead vocalist Joel Madden said it best: “GC and Yellowcard finally have a song together and it feels so right.” He continued: “I hope everyone that listens feels the love that both our bands have for each other, our fans, and for the music.”

While “Bedroom Posters” looks back in time, both Yellowcard and Good Charlotte have an exciting year ahead. Yellowcard will open for Good Charlotte in Australia and New Zealand next month before continuing their headlining U.S. tour for their first album in 10 years, Better Days.
