The Blackpink singer became the latest celeb to perform the viral choreography at one of Charli’s concerts
Rosé became the latest Brat fan to prove her apple dance skills. The Blackpink singer took the spotlight during Charli XCX‘s concert at Barclays Center in Brooklyn last night to showcase the viral choreography.
Charli XCX performed four nights at the venue, welcoming a celeb-filled audience both evenings, including Nicole Kidman. During her recent shows she has invited numerous notable figures to dance along to her beloved apple dance. Earlier in Charli XCX’s Barclays run, Clairo was crowned its queen.
The so-called apple dance was created by Kelley Heyer, who was inspired by Charli XCX’s Brat song “Apple.” It became extremely popular on TikTok, and was embraced by the singer herself. When Charli XCX recently performed at Coachella, the cameras locked on Alex Consani, Gabbriette, and Quenlin Blackwell as they led the dance.
Next up, Charli XCX will head to Europe for a series of music festival. She’ll perform at We Love Green in Paris, Primavera Porto in Porto, Portugal, and Flow Festival in Helsinki. The singer is also helming her own Lido Festival in London.
