The singer also enlisted Ja Rule for “Ain’t It Funny” and “I’m Real” during her performance at the Colosseum at Caesars
Jennifer Lopez kicked off her Up All Night Live residency at the Colosseum at Caesars last night and took the opportunity to showcase a variety of covers. During the multi-act show, Lopez performed renditions of Lana Del Rey‘s “Young and Beautiful,” Barbra Streisand‘s “Don’t Rain on My Parade,” and Elvis‘ “Heartbreak Hotel.”
The pop star also performed a variety of her own music, including hits like “Jenny From the Block” and “Let’s Get Loud.” She welcomed Ja Rule to the stage for two songs, “Ain’t It Funny” and “I’m Real.”
During the show, Lopez addressed the people who have criticized how she dresses. “‘Why’s she always dress that way?’” Lopez said from the stage. “‘Why don’t she dress her age?’ I was like, ‘Huh? What?’”
She added that people also ask, “Why is she always naked?” She responded, to cheers, “I said, ‘If you had this body, you’d be naked too!’”

The stint at Caesars marks the singer’s first since performing 121 shows during her All I Have residency, which began in January 2016 and concluded in September 2018 at the Zappos Theater in Las Vegas.
The residency shows are also the first live concert performances Lopez has scheduled since cancelling her This Is Me… Live tour in 2024. “I am completely heartsick and devastated about letting you down,” she said at the time. “Please know that I wouldn’t do this if I didn’t feel that it was absolutely necessary. I promise I will make it up to you and we will all be together again. I love you all so much. Until next time…”
