Watch Dijon perform ‘Baby!’ medley on ‘SNL’

Dijon made his Saturday Night Live debut this weekend. Check out his performance below.

The musician performed on the show last night (December 6), with Melissa McCarthy on hosting duties.

To mark his first SNL appearance, Dijon performed the first three tracks from ‘Baby!‘, his latest album.

He opened with ‘Higher!’, before returning to play a medley of ‘Baby!’ and ‘Another Baby!’, later on in the night. Check out his performances below.

Dijon’s SNL slot rounds off an impressive year for the musician, who worked on Justin Bieber‘s surprise comeback records ‘Swag‘ and ‘Swag II‘, as well as releasing his own LP, ‘Baby!’.

His work with Bieber also sees him nominated for Producer of the Year at next February’s Grammys.

Dijon’s ‘Baby!’ landed at 33 in NME‘s list of the 50 Best Albums of 2025, with an entry that read: “Between collaborations with Bon Iver, Justin Bieber and Paul Thomas Anderson, this year Dijon delivered his stunning second record, ‘Baby!’. He pushes his signature production style – warm, tactile, as if you were right in the room with him – to its limits in service of frenzied transcendence. A spiritual experience.”

Meanwhile, his track ‘Automatic’ came in at 29 on our 50 Best Songs of 2025 list, which read: “There’s a compressed closeness to ‘Automatic’ – you can practically see the levels peaking as the myriad instruments (and Wu-Tang Clan freestyle sample) smash together; imagine Dijon’s lips smushed up against the microphone as he tries to convey “the lust degrees”. It’s searing intimacy, as brief and brilliant as a matchstick catching ablaze.”

‘Baby!’ also received four stars from NME upon its release back in August, with Patrick Clarke writing: “Though there’s always a lot happening on the surface, at the core of ‘Baby’ are songs so finely hewn that they’re never overshadowed.”
