The Super Bowl has come and gone and a tour behind The Life of a Showgirl has not been announced. It’s officially offseason for Tayvis, and the duo have been spending their downtime the same way as the rest of us: watching the Winter Olympics.

In the latest episode of their podcast New Heights, Travis and Jason Kelce chatted about what they’ve been up to since season ended. While Jason was learning how to bobsled in Utah and watching the men’s hockey tournament live in Milan, Travis has been enjoying his time off in a more low-key way.
“I was up in New York watching [the hockey game]. Me and Tay watched the entire game,” Travis said to his brother. “It’s just so f—ing epic. From the first drop of the puck, the game was non-stop action.”
Travis also said that the couple gave his father, Ed, a call for his birthday.
“It was Big Ed Kelce’s birthday, shoutout to Big Ed!” Travis said to his brother. “So we gave him a shout and talked to him a little bit during the game.”
The quick mention of Swift is the first real update we’ve gotten from either half of Tayvis since they announced their engagement last August. Over the last few months, the couple has kept a low-key profile, but they have been spotted sporadically in public. In October, the two posed together for photos after a Chiefs home game at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City. Two months later, Swift made an appearance at her fiancé’s reunion with his high school football coach, prompting fans to celebrate her supportive nature.
Learning that Taylor and Travis have been cheering on Team U.S.A.’s Olympic victories will hopefully satiate Swifties hungry for another public appearance from the duo or a wedding update.
Team U.S.A. is not the only thing Swift has to celebrate this week. On Monday (Feb. 23), her song “Opalite” reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. This peak officially tied Swift with Rihanna for having the third-most Hot 100 No. 1s in the chart’s history (only Mariah Carey and The Beatles are ahead).
