Music from the second season of Netflix’s Ransom Canyon occupies three of the top four positions on Billboard’s Top TV Songs chart, powered by Tunefind (a Songtradr company), for July 2026, led by Teddy Swims’ “Lose Control” at No. 1.

Rankings for the Top TV Songs chart are based on song and show data provided by Tunefind and ranked using a formula blending that data with sales and streaming information tracked by Luminate during the corresponding period of July 2026.
“Lose Control,” a one-week No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2024 (and a song that currently holds the record for most cumulative weeks on the Hot 100 at 112), was heard in the fifth episode of Ransom Canyon’s second season, which premiered in full on July 23.
In July 2026, the song earned 58.2 million streams and sold 4,000 downloads in the United States, according to Luminate.
Ransom Canyon also reaches Top TV Songs at Nos. 3 (Thomas Rhett’s “Ain’t a Bad Life,” featuring Jordan Davis) and 4 (Davis’ own “Bar None”). The former peaked at No. 14 on Hot Country Songs earlier this year, while the latter reached No. 6 in 2025.
The Cranberries’ “Dreams” splits the three songs at No. 2 on Top TV Songs following its synch in Peacock’s The Five-Star Weekend, which aired its entire freshman season on July 9. The 1994 No. 42 Hot 100 hit racked up 11.8 million streams and 3,000 downloads in July 2026.
The Five-Star Weekend is also responsible for two other Top TV Songs entries: Maggie Rogers’ “Light On” at No. 5 and Leon Bridges’ “River” at No. 8.
