Taylor Swift conceptualized her upcoming album, The Life of a Showgirl, while traveling around the world on the Eras Tour, reaching the highest heights of pop stardom. But there are a few other things that typically inform the life of a pop girl — like promoting new records on the late-night circuit. Swift is ready to play the part. The musician will bookend the release of The Life of a Showgirl with appearances on The Graham Norton Show and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
Swift last appeared on The Graham Norton Show in October 2022, shortly after releasing Midnights. She joined the night’s other special guests, Bono, Eddie Redmayne, Alex Scott, and Lady Blackbird. The singer-songwriter will make her return to the British series on Life of a Showgirl‘s release date, Oct. 3. The show used to be a regular stop for Swift. She made her first guest appearance in February 2013, then returned during the 1989 era in 2014 and during the Lover era in 2019.
Swift has also been friendly with The Tonight Show throughout her career, having first stopped by the late-night show in August 2014. She returned a year later, technically off-album cycle, only to be subjected to a portrait-drawing contest with the host.
Fallon loves a good game. In fact, he announced Swift’s scheduled Oct. 6 appearance with a game of roulette. After she spun the wheel, the cameras panned to the numbers. The ball landed first on 10, 6, 25, and then 13, the singer-songwriter’s favorite number.

She last stopped by the show in 2022, also in support of Midnights, but skipped over late-night interviews while promoting The Tortured Poets Department last year, as she did with Reputation in 2017, apart from a performance as musical guest.
Maybe Swift is just feeling chattier this time around. She did, after all, announce The Life of a Showgirl during a two-hour-long appearance on the New Heights podcast hosted by her now-fiancé, Travis Kelce.
