The metal four-piece will now be playing London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium again on July 15, two days after their first show there. Both Queens Of The Stone Age and Acid Bath, who reformed last year after 17 years, will again be supporting.

The presale opens at 12pm BST tomorrow (September 17) on the band’s website. You can find tour tickets here, too.

System Of A Down’s European tour will begin in Sweden on June 29, before the band play venues in France, Italy and Germany. The two London dates are set to follow, with a Poland show on July 18 finishing the tour.

Before last week’s news of new dates, they’d been teasing an announcement with their logo being projected onto buildings in London, Italy and Germany.

The shows are set to be their first in Europe since 2017, when a run of 20 shows included a headline slot at Download. Their last London show was at Wembley Arena in 2015. Their reduction in touring in recent years was due both to creative frustration with the lifestyle as well as the surgery frontman Serj Tankian had on his back in 2021, he recently told SiriusXM’s Eddie Trunk.

System Of A Down’s UK and European 2026 tour dates are:

June:
29 – Sweden, Stockholm – Strawberry Arena

July:
2 – France, Paris – Stade De France
6 – Italy, Milan – Ippodromo Snai La Maura
8 – Germany, Berlin –  Olympiastadion
10 – Germany, Düsseldorf –  Open Air Park Düsseldorf
13 – UK, London – Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
15 – UK, London – Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
18 – Poland, Warsaw –  PGE Narodowy

In recent years, the band have toured almost exclusively in the US, though they did visit South America for their ‘Wake Up!’ stadium tour this spring. A few weeks ago, they played some more US shows, and paid tribute to Ozzy Osbourne with their first performance of ‘Snowblind’ in 23 years in tribute to the late metal legend.
