‘Stranger Things’ star Jamie Campbell Bower shares powerful cover of Sleep Token’s ‘Euclid’

Stranger Things actor Jamie Campbell Bower has shared a cover of Sleep Token‘s ‘Euclid’ – check it out below.

On Sunday (February 21), Bower – who is a solo musician apart from an actor – shared his first release of the year on YouTube. The track is a cover of Sleep Token’s ‘Euclid’, taken off their acclaimed 2023 ‘Take Me Back To Eden’.

The rendition sees Bower nail the cover, delivering a performance as powerful as Sleep Token’s own frontman Vessel and largely remains true to the original. The song starts off on piano and slowly builds to metal-driven crescendo.

Prior to the release of the cover on YouTube, Bower took to X (formerly Twitter) to tease the performance and revealed his fandom of Sleep Token with the simple word: “Worship”.

Bower, who is best known for his portrayal as the villainous Vecna in Stranger Things, last year launched his new band BloodMagic with the single ‘Death / Rebirth’. To date, it is the only release that the metal band have shared. Since then, he’s shared two more solo singles: ‘Home’ and ‘The Witch Of Bodmin Moor‘.

Prior to appearing in Stranger Things, Bower spoke to NME about how he’s enjoyed the freedom of being a solo musician. “I feel creatively in the best space that I’ve been in for a long time, if ever,” he said at the time. “I want to be cautious here because I don’t want to be like, ‘Oh, well, I’m the lone wolf and I don’t need anyone’, but there is certainly something to be said for just going with your gut and going with intuition.”

In a glowing five-star review of Sleep Token’s ‘Take Me Back To Eden’ for NME, Emma Wilkes described the album as “an ambitious, emotional monolith of a record, with all the hallmarks of future classic status”.

The band are set to headline Download Festival in June. Meanwhile, drummer II is set to appear at Black Sabbath’s final show in Birmingham in July. Speaking about the grand opportunity, II wrote: “It is with reverence and great honour that I announce my participation in paying tribute to the legendary @blacksabbath at Villa Park Stadium. Taking place upon the hallowed grounds of Birmingham, UK on Saturday, July 5th, 2025.”

He continued: “A band whom from the beginning ignited my passion for heavy music and creation at its core. Eternal gratitude to @ozzyosbourne @sharonosbourne @tommorello and @andycoppingofficial for their gracious consideration.”
