Slim Thug Responds to Megan Thee Stallion Turning Him Down on Stage at Coachella

Slim Thug has reacted to Megan Thee Stallion turning down his romantic advances, and says he’s not giving up that easily.

Slim Thug hopped on Instagram Live Wednesday (April 23) to once again share his thoughts on Megan Thee Stallion, who turned down his previous romantic advances during her performance at Coachella last weekend.

Slim had previously said he believed the Houston Hottie had a crush on him because of her interest in his music, among other reasons. Meg was quick to push back on this during her Coachella set while playing Slim’s “Still Tippin.”

““And no, Slim Thug, this don’t mean I want you. I just like your music, babe,” Meg told the roaring crowd during her April 20 set.

“I can’t do Megan Thee Stallion,” Slim Thug said in his Instagram reply. “Gotta do Megan Thee Auntie, 10 years later.”

He added that he was grateful for the continued shout-outs regardless of whether or not she was romantically interested in him. However, he noted that she did call him “babe,” and said he’s not giving up quite yet.

“She gave me a shout-out, said my name on Coachella stage,” he said. “And then she called me ‘babe.’ Come on now, that’s a lot. That was a good shout-out. Played my songs, everything. Streams up on ‘Thug From Around the Way.’ We good. We love all that, man … Imma be patient, man. Gotta come home. Slim ain’t going nowhere.”

The back-and-forth between Meg and Slim comes shortly after she brought him out in Houston to perform “Still Tippin” during her Hot Girl Summer Tour last year. After the show, Slim posted a clip of the performance on Instagram, captioning the post: “What yall think I got a chance or naw?”
