SiriusXM Launches Channel in Celebration of Billboard Latin Music Week

Beginning Friday, Oct. 17, SiriusXM is celebrating the biggest week in Latin music with the Billboard Latin Music Week Channel, spotlighting chart-topping Latin music artists.

The Billboard Latin Music Week Channel accompanies Billboard’s Latin Music Week, with a focus on featured guests, presenters and attendees, leading up to this year’s Billboard Latin Music Awards. The excusive, limited-time channel will air on SiriusXM’s channel 79 on car radios and on the SiriusXM app through Oct. 24.

The channel will highlight top-charting hits and 2025 Latin Music Week award-nominated artists across Latin pop/rock, regional Mexican, rhythm and tropical, along with recalling iconic moments and timeless classics from past winners. Among stars of the channel, via the “Billboard Latin Music Awards Finalists Spotlight”: Rauw Alejandro, Bad Bunny, Fuerza Regida, Karol G, Peso Pluma and Shakira.

The Billboard Latin Music Awards mark the culmination of Billboard’s Latin Music Week, taking place in Miami Oct. 20-24. The industry’s must-attend event offers specially curated performances, one-of-a-kind conversations, workshops, showcases and unique fan experiences.

The Billboard Latin Music Week Channel marks the latest partnership between SiriusXM and Billboard. Previous features include the Billboard Top 500 R&B Countdown, the Billboard Top 500 Summer Hits Countdown, the Billboard Women of Pop Countdown, the Billboard #2 Countdown Channel and the Billboard Top 112 Songs of Christmas Countdown. Additionally, SiriusXM’s Big 40 Countdown, on 80s on 8, and the Back in the Day Replay, on ‘90s on 9, are based on historical weekly Billboard Hot 100 charts, with other surveys counted down on 70s on 7 and Prime Country.
