Sabrina Carpenter, Paramore and more marching band covers for ‘EA Sports College Football 26’ soundtrack revealed

EA has revealed ten marching band covers of classic tracks from Sabrina Carpenter, Paramore, Charli XCX and more for the EA Sports College Football 26 soundtrack.

Earlier this year, EA Sports College Football 26 revealed a 16-track album of marching band covers. ‘Halftime’ featured reworked versions of Miley Cyrus’ ‘Flowers’, The Weeknd’s ‘Blinding Lights’, Post Malone’s ‘Better Now’ and Shaboozey’s ‘A Bar Song (Tipsy)’.

Now a second installment has been revealed. ‘EA Sports College Football 26: Halftime Volume 2’ features ten more marching band covers, with classics from Paramore, Sabrina Carpenter, Two Door Cinema Club and Halsey getting reworked.

The ‘EA Sports College Football 26: Halftime Volume 2’ soundtrack features:

‘No Hands’ (Wacka Flocka Flame)
‘Get Lucky’ (Pharrell Williams, Daft Punk)
‘Apple’ (Charli XCX)
‘Million Dollar Baby’ (Tommy Richman)
‘Money Trees’ (Kendrick Lamar)
‘Espresso’ (Sabrina Carpenter)
‘What You Know’ (Two Door Cinema Club)
‘Closer’ (Chainsmokers, Halsey)
‘Misery Business’ (Paramore)
‘1, 2 Many’ (Luke Combs)

“For every ‘Notre Dame Victory March’ or ‘Buckeye Battle Cry’, college football fans nationwide leap from their seats for the other fight songs: unique interpretations of current hits are the sound of college marching bands – and college football fandom – at its most exciting and original,” explains a press release. “It’s a proud tradition that’s led us to completely reinvent our menu soundtrack game like never before.”

The ‘EA Sports College Football 26: Halftime Volume 2’ album features contributions from “the best of the best” including numerous musicians from university ensembles as well as The Nashville Symphony Orchestra.

EA Sports College Football 26 launched back in July and has gone on to sell more than 3million copies.

The bumper, 95-song soundtrack for Skate was revealed last Friday (September 5) alongside the very metal soundtrack for NHL 26.

In other news, it appears that the title for The Super Mario Bros. Movie sequel has been leaked by Universal ahead of an hour-long Nintendo Direct that’s set to take place later today (September 12).
