The Mickey 17 and The Batman star has registered his material with the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP). They include the songs ‘Bent Out That Midnight Day’, ‘Best Friend’, ‘Fascinate’, ‘Fell Off’, ‘Green Light’, ‘Waiting On Me’, and ‘Witness (You See Me).

This is not the star’s first foray into music. He previously performed on two songs for the first Twilight soundtrack, titled ‘Never Think’, and ‘Let Me Sign’ which were co-written by Marcus Foster.

Foster and Pattinson are also both deemed as co-writers on the new registered songs. No release date has been set for his material yet or whether it will be an album or an EP.

Elsewhere, Pattinson’s latest film Die My Love also starring Jennifer Lawrence is set to hit cinemas on November 14.

NME awarded the movie four stars and said: “Lawrence already has a career full of great performances (Winter’s Bone, American Hustle and her Oscar-winning turn in Silver Linings Playbook), but this might be her finest work to date. She sings, shouts, prowls like a panther through fields and is never less than completely committed. In one scene, after Grace absconds from her own wedding reception, Jackson actually does have her committed.

“Pattinson is his usual reliable presence but has less to do. This doesn’t detract from an excellent film that will probably be in the running for big prizes come awards season. Away from the shine of Hollywood, Die, My Love is also sure to provoke conversation around the incredibly challenging time many new mothers experience.”

He is currently shooting for Christopher Nolan‘s latest film The Odyssey alongside Matt Damon, Tom Holland, Robert Pattinson and Anne Hathaway, Lupita Nyong’o, Charlize Theron, Zendaya and Jon Bernthal.

It is due for release on July 17, 2026.
