Rihanna and A$AP Rocky have revealed that they’re expecting their third child together – find out more below.

In an Instagram post shared last night (September 24), the pop star confirmed that she gave birth earlier this month, on September 13.
Rihanna shared a photo of herself with the baby girl, as well as a picture of what appear to be two baby-sized boxing gloves, alongside the caption, “Rocki Irish Mayers”.
She first revealed she was pregnant with their third child back in May, when making a fashionably late entrance at the Met Gala in a two-piece Miu Miu outfit that emphasised her baby bump.

The couple started dating in spring 2021, and had their first son, RZA, in 2022. She then announced that she was expecting Riot Rose while at her Superbowl Halftime Show in 2023 – he was born later that year.
Speaking to Interview Magazine in April last year, Rihanna discussed starting a family with A$AP Rocky. When asked how many more children she wanted, she replied: “As many as God wants me to have. I don’t know what God wants, but I would go for more than two. I would try for my girl. But of course if it’s another boy, it’s another boy.”
She also shared that their decision to start the family wasn’t something they openly discussed beforehand, but turned out to be “the best thing that ever happened to us”.
The reveal of Rihanna’s third pregnancy comes after she and her two children showed up in court in February to support Rocky, who at the time was facing charges for his role in a shooting incident in 2021. He was found not guilty.
In other news, Rihanna‘s cancelled rumoured London comeback shows have reportedly been rescheduled for 2026.
Rumours that the singer would be returning to the stage emerged in February, when the Telegraph reported that she was planning a six-night residency at the London Stadium.
