Taking over the Pyramid Stage on Saturday evening, RAYE immediately made a statement with a preview of brand new music backed by a brass band. While little is known of the massive tune, she sang over its chorus: “Baby, where the hell is my husband? / Where the hell is my lover?

RAYE went on to perform hits like ‘The Thrill Is Gone’ and ‘Oscar Winning Tears’ before performing yet another new tune ‘I Know You’re Hurting’ later in the set.

Afterwards, she switched up the vibe of her performance as she ushered in her “nightclub portion of the night” with a handful of dance-y bangers including ‘Secrets’ and ‘Black Mascara’. She closed out her standout set with her hit ‘Escapism’.

RAYE’s Glastonbury 2025 set was:

Unreleased track
‘The Thrill Is Gone’
‘Oscar Winning Tears’
‘Suzanne’
‘Mary Jane’
‘Ice Cream Man’
‘I Know You’re Hurting’ (new song)
‘Worth It’
‘You Don’t Know Me’
‘Secrets’
‘Black Mascara’
‘Prada’
‘Escapism’

RAYE’s set has quickly earned her praise, with some calling her a top contender for the next James Bond theme song and a future Glastonbury headliner.

Friday at Glastonbury saw The 1975 headline the Pyramid Stage, earning a four-star review from NME, which read: “With their one show of the year, “The 1975 from the Internet” clear the decks on their career so far to deliver a reminder of their chops for tunes and showmanship away from the headlines.”

The weekend continues with Charli XCX, Skepta – who’s filling in on short notice for Deftones who are unable to perform due to illness, Olivia Rodrigo, The Prodigy, Rod Stewart and many more. Check out the full line-up and schedule here.

In other news, the BBC have also confirmed that they will be streaming Neil Young‘s headline set, after all while Kneecap’s set was removed from the live-stream schedule at the last minute and will instead be made available as an on-demand clip later on.
