Queens Of The Stone Age, Bicep, Justin Timberlake lead Electric Castle 2025 line-up in Transylvania

Queens Of The Stone Age, Bicep, Justin Timberlake and more have been announced as the first batch of performers for Electric Castle 2025.

The annual music bash will return to its home of the Cluj-Napoca on the grounds of Banffy Castle in Transylvania. According to a press release, the festival promises five days of 24-hour non-stop music and magic from July 16 through 20.

Other acts set to perform at the festival include the likes of Justice, Refused, Leprous, The Amazons, The Sisters of Mercy, Nilüfer Yanya, Joey Valence & Brae, Sofi Tukker, Shaggy and more.

Fans can purchase tickets to the fest here. Tickets start at €159 (£130) plus fees. Camping accommodations are also available at the EC Village and start at €15 (£12) per night. Check out the full festival line-up below.

Along with live music, the press release promises that attendees can also go around the fest “exploring fashion markets in the castle, taking hot air balloon rides and bungee jumping over the campsite, to games on the basketball and volleyball courts, the popular day time Comedy Club and EC Talks, BBQ cookouts and relaxing moments in the lakeside forest.”

This year’s edition of Electric Castle saw the likes of Massive Attack, Bring Me The Horizon, Queens Of The Stone Age, Chase & Status (live), Khruangbin, Sleaford Mods, Bonobo (DJ set), Nina Kraviz, Eats Everything, Jayda G and more.

In other news, Queens Of The Stone Age’s frontman Josh Homme recently performed at a star-studded gig in tribute to the late Mark Lanegan at London’s Roundhouse.

Elsewhere, Justin Timberlake recently cancelled his show in Oklahoma City after sustaining a back injury.
