Premios Juventud Unveils Date for 2026 Awards Show

TelevisaUnivision announced the date for the 2026 Premios Juventud, set to take place for the first time in Europe.

A a theme of “Conéctate al Vibe” (“Connect to the Vibe”), this year’s awards ceremony will be held Sept. 3 at the Starlite Auditorium in Marbella, Spain, following its past editions in Miami, Puerto Rico and Panama.

The youth awards will be part of the inaugural weeklong PJ Fest, which will include a cultural takeover in Houston, Miami and Los Angeles featuring creator activations and live concerts, before culminating with live awards in Spain, Billboard exclusively revealed in May.

“This new experience allows us to connect with younger generations through music, culture and shared experiences while expanding the global reach of Latin music and bringing artists, creators, and fans together in new and meaningful ways,” said Ignacio Meyer, president of Univision Television Networks Group at TelevisaUnivision, in a statement.

The awards show — which celebrates the artists and young changemakers making an impact in music, social media and community service — will also coincide with Starlite’s 15th anniversary.

“This partnership between Starlite Group and TelevisaUnivision represents much more than a major event; it is a bridge between two continents, two cultures and millions of people united by music and entertainment,” added Sandra García-Sanjuán, president of Starlite Music Group, in a statement. “Premios Juventud will not only bring some of the biggest names in Latin music and entertainment to Spain, but it will also create an extraordinary opportunity for Spanish talent to reach new audiences across the Americas while further strengthening the cultural ties between both sides of the Atlantic.”

The 2026 Premios Juventud will broadcast live on Sept. 3 via Univision, UNIMÁS, Galavisión, and ViX. Tickets to attend in person can be purchased here.
