Peaches announces first album in over 10 years with bruising new single ‘Not In Your Mouth None Of Your Business’

Peaches has announced her first album in over 10 years ‘No Lube So Rude’ with its bruising lead single.

The electroclash icon has returned with her first new music since 2015’s ‘Rub’ – which was released in 2015 alongside “the most insane Peaches video ever”, complete with orgies, public urination and surreal costumes.

Now, Peaches has dropped the fierce, industrial-dance-punk anthem ‘Not In Your Mouth None Of Your Business’. The song was made in Berlin with producer The Squirt Deluxe. The protest song, which sees Peaches (born Merrill Nisker) boldly assert: “I cannot be squashed or minimised / You will never take away our pride / Orders won’t make us lie down and die / We will stop you fucking up our lives“.

Speaking about the song, Peaches said: “When the world is friction, lube isn’t a luxury. It’s a necessity. It’s how you turn that friction into pleasure, into power, into pride. I want people to understand that they can still have a voice no matter who they are or what the world says about them.

“Now more than ever, there are so many forces that just want you to give up and be quiet. If this album can help you resist that, then that’s what it’s for.”

‘No Lube So Rude’ is due in 2026 – more details are soon to be announced.

Meanwhile, the singer is also due to go on tour in North America to support her new album. Venues are soon to be announced.

The tour will kick off in February in Miami, and Peaches will visit New York, Toronto, San Francisco, LA and more. She’ll then close out with a show in New Orleans on March 29.

Electro-punk upstarts Model/Actriz and rapper Cortisa Star have been announced to support Peaches, with more support acts in the works as well.

VIP pre-sale will commence on October 15, with general sale to follow on October 17. $1 from every ticket will support the Trans Justice Funding Project, who help fund trans-led grassroots organisations in North America.

Elsewhere, Peaches condemned the actions of Israel during a speech at Wide Awake Festival earlier this year, saying: “I am a progressive Jew. There is no mistake about it: it is a genocide. Free Palestine”.
