Paris Paloma is donating part of every UK and European tour ticket to girls’ rights charity Plan International UK

Paris Paloma will donate £1 from every ticket to her upcoming tour to the girls’ rights charity Plan International UK.

The indie folk singer-songwriter is preparing to release her second studio album ‘The Fatal Flaw’ on September 4 and following that, she will play a headline tour around the UK and Europe in November and December.

She has announced that £1 or €1 for every ticket sold to any of the dates will be donated to the charity, to support its work on gender equality, girls’ education, ending child marriage and addressing period poverty.

“This charity is doing immensely important work for girls worldwide, including working to end period poverty, child marriage, and working to keep girls in education,” she wrote

She continues: “Their objective to work to keep girls everywhere safe and in education is a cause so important to me, and I’m so excited this tour can be a small part of that endeavour.”

Rose Caldwell, CEO of Plan International UK, adds: “We’re incredibly proud to be partnering with Paris Paloma on ‘The Fatal Flaw Tour’. At a time when girls’ rights are under increasing pressure around the world, this support helps us continue our vital work to ensure every girl can learn, lead and decide her own future.”

Paloma’s tour begins in Birmingham’s O2 Academy on November 11, and she then heads to Bristol, Cardiff, Manchester, London, Glasgow and Dublin before heading around the continent. Tickets are on sale now and you can find yours here.
