Festival director Tom Paine has said: “There’s nothing we love more than being back at Ashton Court to truly kickstart the festival season and 2025 is shaping up to be pretty spectacular.”

“We’re really bringing some of the biggest and best names across the electronic music scene to the city for the bank holiday as well as some of the most exciting local talent out there. Come on down for a great party, see your favourite DJs, discover some new favourites and just celebrate the start of summer with us.”

Overmono released their debut album ‘Good Lies’ in 2023. In a four-star review of the album, NME wrote: “Overmono have described their debut album as “a letter of love to the journey so far [that also] marks where we want to take things,” and ‘Good Lies’ puts the pair on the edge of a major breakthrough. Its pop-leaning moments are also its most exciting, and the creativity and skill with which they bridge these worlds is thrilling.”

Nia Archives, meanwhile, released her debut album ‘Silence Is Loud’ last year, with NME naming it the fourth best record of the year. “It’s one thing to revitalise jungle music for an entirely new generation; it’s another to do so with the vulnerability that Nia Archives does. When the party stops, Nia keeps going – and soundtracking her isolation, grief and anxiety is ‘Silence Is Loud’,” NME noted.

Buoyed by addictive breakbeats, Nia shows off a keen ear for anthemic hooks and gutting songwriting. Who else hasn’t cooed the shrill siren call of ‘Silence is Loud’, or sung their hearts out to the insanely catchy ‘Crowded Rooms’? The blend of Britpop and jungle is genius – a brilliantly beautiful debut.”
