Oasis have been pictured arriving at rehearsals ahead of their huge reunion tour – but without Liam Gallagher.

The band are set to play their first gigs together in 16 years this summer, kicking off with a run of UK and Ireland dates with Richard Ashcroft and Cast, including seven dates at London’s Wembley Stadium.
Back in March, sources close to the shows revealed details of who’ll be playing in the band line-up to NME, with Beady Eye alumnus and longtime collaborator Gem Archer, Paul ‘Bonehead’ Arthurs and drummer Joe Waronker – believed to be one of the “new faces” that Liam teased – on board.
Bassist Andy Bell also confirmed he would be returning to the fold earlier this month. He previously performed with the Gallagher brothers from 1999 until their famously acrimonious break-up in 2009, before also playing with Beady Eye.
Now, Noel Gallagher, Bonehead, Archer and Bell have been photographed entering a London studio, where they reportedly rehearsed for six hours. They were joined by keyboardist Mikey Rowe, who played with the band in the 90s – including on their iconic ‘Be Here Now’ tour – as well as Noel’s High Flying Birds.
Waronker was not photographed at these rehearsals.

According to The Sun, while the rest of the band are in the UK capital, Liam is currently in the South of France.
The paper reported that a source told them: “Noel and Liam are rehearsing separately for now and won’t be going into a studio together until next month,” adding: “Once Noel has finished up, Liam will be coming in to rehearse with the band.”
It is believed that the brothers don’t want to be seen together until July 4, when they kick off their UK tour at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium.
After a long-running feud, the Gallagher brothers reunited for some filming in a London pub last week – reportedly to shoot footage for a promotional film for the forthcoming tour – yet were also not photographed together.
The massive tour also due to visit North America, South America, Australia, South Korea and Japan.
In other news, Liam recently cast doubt over claims from the band’s manager that Oasis have no intentions of sharing any new material.
Manager Alec McKinlay made headlines when he dismissed any hopes of new material from the Britpop icons and said they had no intention of announcing any more tour dates either. “This is very much the last time around, as Noel’s made clear in the press,” he said. “It’s a chance for fans who haven’t seen the band to see them, or at least for some of them to. And no, there’s no plan for any new music.”
Neither do I and the only people that will be making any kind of decisions on the future of OASIS will be ME n RKID so let’s just take it 1 day at a time

Responding to one fan on X/Twitter who said it didn’t feel “very biblical” for McKinlay to dismiss all future plans, the singer responded: “Neither do I and the only people that will be making any kind of decisions on the future of OASIS will be ME n RKID so let’s just take it one day at a time.”
Later, the frontman doubled down on his stance, telling another fan who thought “there must be a degree of truth” to the manager’s comments that McKinley is “the accountant” for the band.
Then, when pressed further by another fan to directly say if the manager was lying, Gallagher caused further confusion when he made the tongue-in-cheek response: “Am I?”
Stereophonics frontman Kelly Jones also recently revealed to NME that Noel has been back writing new material in the studio. “I’m assuming he’s doing some writing for either his stuff or if they’re [Oasis] gonna bring out a couple songs, I don’t know,” he said.
