Last night (August 7), SM Entertainment and the NCT sub-unit took to social media to announce their upcoming third mini-album ‘Color’. The EP is slated to arrive on September 1 at 6pm KST.

It will be previewed by the pre-release single ‘Surf’ next week (August 12) at 6pm KST. A teaser for the song has yet to be shared, but its cover art and title suggest it’ll adopt a beach-y, summer-y vibe.

Check out the announcement below.

NCT WISH – comprising Sion, Riku, Yushi, Jaehee, Ryo and Sakuya – are the latest and final sub-group of NCT to be launched. The members were determined after they all won their spots in the group through the reality show NCT Universe: Lastart.

They most recently released their second mini album ‘Poppop’ in April. It comprised six tracks: ‘poppop’, ‘Melt Inside My Pocket’, ‘Design’, ‘1000’, ‘Silly Dance’, ‘Still 3PM’.

Prior to announcing ‘Color’, NCT WISH in July announced new ‘Into The Wish’ tour dates. The tour will kick off this November with a pair of shows at the Inspire Arena in Incheon, South Korea, followed by two dates in Ishikawa, Japan. The tour will run through April 2026.

Other stops on the tour include Hiroshima, Kagawa, Osaka, Hokkaido, Fukuoka, Aichi, Hong Jong, Taipei, Kuala Lumpur, Macau, Bangkok, and Jakarta. More dates are expected to be announced in the coming months.
