Ms. Lauryn Hill, Toni Braxton, Doechii & New Edition Among Stars Booked for 2025 Jazz in the Gardens

Ms. Lauryn Hill, Toni Braxton, New Edition and newly minted Grammy Award winner Doechii are among the established and rising stars booked for Jazz in the Gardens (JITG). The 18th annual music festival will take place March 8-9 at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens (Florida).

Hill, who headlines the first evening, has curated a special “Diaspora Calling!” set that will feature Wyclef Jean and YG Marle, with special guestDoechii and performances as well by BustaRhymes, Samara Cyn, Foggieraw, Mannywellz and Zion Marley. New Edition headlines the second evening. In addition to the aforementioned Braxton, performers on board for the two-day event include DJ Cassidy’s “Pass the Mic Live!,” Beenie Man, Xscape, Coco Jones, Kem, Tye Tribbett, Dru Hill and Doug E. Fresh, with more to be announced.

Hosted by the City of Miami Gardens, JITG is being produced once again by the Black Promoters Collective (BPC). Commented BPC partner/chief marketing officer Troy Brown in the press announcement, “Exceeding our own expectations, BPC’s first year of working with JITG in 2024 set a new standard for live events. We are thrilled to create even more unforgettable memories for the City of Miami Gardens by partnering with JITG for its 18th anniversary in 2025.”

Mayor Rodney Harris added, “We are thrilled to host the 18th anniversary of Jazz in the Gardens and welcome visitors from near and far to our city. This milestone is a testament to the enduring impact this festival has on our community. It brings people together, enriches the quality of life for our residents and visitors and stimulates our economy. We look forward to this celebration of creativity and culture, together, in the City of Miami Gardens.”
