Morgan Wallen has dropped a remix of his single, “Miami,” featuring Lil Wayne and Rick Ross.
“Miami” was originally released as part of Wallen’s recent LP, I’m the Problem, and incorporates elements of Keith Whitley’s 1985 hit “Miami, My Amy.” The song was produced by Charlie Handsome, with the remix featuring new verses from Weezy and Ross.
Wallen teased the idea of adding a rapper onto the song during an interview in April. “It seemed like it could use a rapper on there,” he said of the track. “I didn’t end up using a feature… It’s one of those songs where it wouldn’t be surprising if we got a remix and did that once it’s out.”
Wallen unveiled I’m the Problem in May. The LP became Wallen’s third Number One-debuting album, following 2023’s One Thing at a Time and 2021’s Dangerous: The Double Album. The 37-track album features collaborations with Post Malone, Eric Church, and Ernest, as well as a much-discussed pair-up with Tate McRae.

“We recorded around 50 songs for this album and ended up cutting 13,” Wallen explained in a statement. “I feel like we accomplished what I had in mind, and a huge shoutout to my close collaborators on this too. They came in ready and fired up every single day, and they inspire me as much as anything else.”
Wallen is currently on tour in support of the album, with dates continuing through September around North America. Special guests for the stadium run include Brooks & Dunn, Miranda Lambert, Thomas Rhett, Gavin Adcock, Ella Langley, and Anne Wilson.
