More names added to line-up of Stevie Wonder at BST Hyde Park 2025

More support acts have been added to Stevie Wonder‘s forthcoming BST Hyde Park 2025 headline show in London.

The legendary singer-songwriter is set to return to the summer concert series on Saturday July 12, following bill-topping sets there in 2016 and 2019.

Next month’s gig will come as part of Wonder’s 2025 ‘LOVE, LIGHT & SONG’ UK tour, which also includes performances in Lytham, Manchester, Birmingham and Cardiff.

Last month, it was confirmed that Mercury Prize and BRIT Award-winning jazz outfit Ezra Collective, US soul trio Thee Sacred Souls, Oxford-born soul singer Elmiene, and Leeds Grammy-winner Corinne Bailey Rae, would be supporting the singer-songwriter.

Now, a raft of further acts have been announced including Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Durand Bernarr, LA jazz artist Hajaj, rising Manchester soul singer-songwriter Mica Millar, London singer LULU and Ireland’s Jon Poppii.

Stevie Wonder’s ‘LOVE, LIGHT & SONG’ 2025 UK tour dates are:

July
03 – TK Maxx Presents Lytham Festival, Lytham
05 – Co-op Live, Manchester
07 – Utilita Arena, Birmingham
09 – Blackweir Fields, Cardiff

Wonder is headlining this year’s BST Hyde Park along with Neil Young, Sabrina Carpenter, Olivia Rodrigo, Zach Bryan, Noah Kahan and Jeff Lynne’s ELO. You can find any remaining tickets here.

In February, Hugh Jackman cancelled his scheduled bill-topping performance at the summer series “due to an unforeseen conflict in [his] schedule”. The actor and singer said he was “deeply disappointed” to do so.

Ezra Collective released their third and latest album, ‘Dance, No One’s Watching’, last September. The project earned a four-star review from NME, who wrote: “You know this record will sound even better live.”

Speaking to NME at the BRIT Awards 2024 in March, the group reflected on becoming the first jazz act to headline Wembley Arena, and shared that they wanted to continue giving back to the community in 2025.
