Mariah Carey Unveils Track List, Collaborations for ‘Here for It All’

Mariah Carey has shared the track list for her 16th LP, Here for It All. The album, out Sept. 26, will feature 11 songs, including collaborations with Anderson. Paak and the Clark Sisters.

“Tracklist is here!” Carey wrote on Instagram. “My new album Here For It All is out 9/26. Can’t wait for you to hear it!!”

Here for It All is Carey’s long-awaited follow-up album to 2018’s Caution. She began teasing the LP earlier this summer after confirming that a new album was finished during a recent event with Zane Lowe and Ebro Darden celebrating the 10th anniversary of Apple Music. “Well, it’s the album coming out,” Carey said with some caution. “I don’t want to tell too much about it, because I just don’t want to reveal the whole thing, you know?”

Carey has so far shared two songs from the album, including its debut single “Type Dangerous” and “Sugar Sweet,” featuring Shenseea and Kehlani. The singer also dropped a full “Type Dangerous” remix EP featuring contributions from Busta Rhymes, Method Man, Redman, Big Sean, DJ Snake, and Luísa Sonza.

Notably, the new album’s track list appears to include a cover of Paul McCartney and Wings’ 1973 song “My Love,” although Carey has not confirmed it’s the same song.

In the seven years since releasing Caution, Carey hasn’t shared much new solo music, though she has dropped anniversary reissues of several classic albums (including The Emancipation of MimiMusic BoxButterfly, and Rainbow), the 2020 compilation The Rarities, and plenty of Christmas music. She’s also guested on remixes of songs by Ariana Grande and Latto.
