“After five years of hits and a friendship that transcended the stage, today we wish Lorduy a happy trip,” expressed Piso 21, now composed of Dim, Pablo, and El Profe, on Instagram. “We’ve always believed in you, today more than ever.”

Meanwhile, Lorduy—who joined the group after founding member Llane left after a 12-year run—posted a heartfelt video message.

“I only have words of gratitude. Thank you Piso 21. Thank you for fulfilling so many of my dreams,” he said. “In these five years I was able to experience how life can change in a second. Dim, Pablo, Profe, thank you my boys for teaching me what love for family is. Dim’s words at each concert… one more reason to give the best of oneself and rock the stage. I take with me the prayers of El Profe, and not to mention Pablo’s nobility. He was always the one who kept the group calm. I am eternally grateful to you. Here a chapter closes and new paths open.”

The Colombian singer promised lots of new music as he embarks on his solo career.

With Piso 21, Lorduy achieved many Billboard chart entries including a No. 1 hit on Latin Pop Airplay with “La Misión” in collaboration with Wisin last year. He also recorded four studio albums with the group: El Amor en Los Tiempos del Perreo (2021), 777 (2022), Los Muchachos (2023), and 2.1 (2024).

Piso 21 will continue as a group with the three original members Dim, Pablo, and El Profe.
