Listen to Lambrini Girls’ raging new single ‘Company Culture’

Lambrini Girls have shared their raging new single ‘Company Culture’ and have announced a 2025 UK and European tour.

The Brighton-punk duo’s – comprised of Phoebe Lunny and Lilly Macieira – new track sees Lunny sing: “Blondes have more fun / In company culture / Pretend that I know how to use a computer / Harassed in the workplace / My cold resting bitch face / When will I learn / That men just do it bettеr,” describing a harsh culture within the workplace that still exist today.

Directed by Al Brown, ‘Company Culture’s accompanying music video sees Lunny and Macieira working in an office setting where they proceed to destroy it and perform the song.

Speaking about the track in a press release, the band explained: “Tired of working twice as hard while white, middle-aged men get credit for your ideas? Afraid to report harassment? Constantly second-guessing to avoid conflict? If you’ve answered yes: you’re probably a woman or a queer person.”

They continued: “If these challenges hold you back, it’s entirely your fault. And if you succeed, you’ll feel like a fraud. No matter how hard you work, you won’t be taken seriously. Your boss wants to shag you, HR thinks you’re hysterical—so maybe just shut the fuck up and smile. Many girls would kill for your position, stop complaining or it’s back to the kitchen. Welcome to the boys’ club.”

‘Company Culture’ follows their previously released songs ‘Body Of Mine‘ and ‘God’s Country’.

Along with the new single, Lambrini Girls have also announced their 2025 UK and European tour. Later this year, Lambrini Girls are set to open for IDLES at their two-night run at London’s Alexandra Palace in November. Previously speaking to NME about how the opportunity came about, Lunny shared: “We’ve been like banging on IDLES’ door for a while now… eventually I think they were just like ‘Yeah, go on then’. It’ll be really fun. We love IDLES. I’ve been a big fan always, so it’s really good to see that come to fruition.”

Lunny also shared what the band have in the works and said:“A lot of festivals and, not that we’re saying that we would, but if there was to be a larger body of work released at some point, it would be really good and amazing — but that’s neither confirmed nor denied. We’ve written some more music, and we’ve been trying out a lot of it live. There’s been really nice responses to it. So just ultimately cracking the fuck on and smashing it as much as we can until we explode.”
