K-pop quintet LE SSERAFIM have teamed up with PinkPantheress on a new remix of their latest single, ‘Crazy’.
The new remix was released as a surprise earlier today (September 4) alongside an accompanying visualiser, featuring clips lifted from the song’s original music video. The new collaboration with the English singer-songwriter arrives a little under a week since LE SSERAFIM dropped ‘Crazy’ on August 30.
On the new remake of ‘Crazy’, PinkPantheress contributes two new verses to the song, and is also credited as a new co-writer. “You were on fire, lost in your desire / I’m leaving later in case it gets better / If you’re down to ride, everyone we know is out tonight / We could leave all our jobs today, maybe it’s a secret holiday,” she croons on the song.
In a press statement for the ‘Crazy’ remix, PinkPantheress said that she “had a lot of fun joining into this song on a beat that I hope everybody can get loose to”. Her collaboration with LE SSERAFIM marks the singer’s first K-pop project.
LE SSERAFIM were featured on NME‘s The Cover earlier this month. In an exclusive interview, the girl group revealed that ‘Crazy’ would be talking about the struggles of loving something so much that you would do anything for it, and you would lose your mind over [it]”.
To accompany their appearance on The Cover, LE SSERAFIM also shared an exclusive playlist called ‘Perfect Night’ with NME. Aside from their hit song of the same name, the playlist also features deep cuts from Day6 and NIKI, dance hits by Dua Lipa and Marshmello, and many more.
