LCD Soundsystem Announce North American Spring Tour

Ahead of in-the-works new album, the band will also be playing a couple festivals in Europe this June

LCD Soundsystem are gearing up for another tour. The band just announced a run of 10 shows across five cities in the U.S.

LCD Soundsystem’s North American tour kicks off with a festival stop in Phoenix before a run of headlining shows in San Diego, Austin, Dallas, New Orleans and Atlanta. Nation of Language and Gustaf will join them on different dates. In June, the band will head overseas for more festivals, including Primavera Sound Barcelona.

The band recently revealed that they are working on a new album, but they dispelled rumors that it would be out before Primavera Sound. Their next album would be their first since 2017 and second since they “retired” in 2011. They previewed their new music with the song “X-Ray Eyes,” which was first played without warning on a NTS Radio show before being available to stream via the band’s website.
