A little trip and fall won’t stop Lady Gaga from saying hello to her Little Monsters. During her third Mayhem Ball show in Las Vegas on Saturday, the singer lost her balance and tripped while performing “Vanish Into You,” right at the part of the show where she approaches the barricade to interact with her fans.
In videos posted online, Gaga could be seen slipping as she walked past a cameraman, who nearly lost his footing too, just before she (ironically) sang the lyrics, “Into the night … we fall,” and then she fell. Gaga landed onto her butt before continuing her stroll by the barricade.
It happened during the part of the show where Gaga starts her Mayhem favorite on piano before delivering a speech about her love for her fans. She then descends into the crowd to sing closer to her Little Monsters.
Also notable during Saturday’s show: Gaga closed her set with “G.U.Y.,” singing along to the chorus and pre-chorus of the Artpop favorite. So far on the tour, she’s rotated her closing tracks each night, all pulled from the Artpop album. Opening night ended with “Artpop,” while Night Two featured “Sexxx Dreams.”
While focused on her latest LP Mayhem, Gaga’s set list featured several deep cuts from across her discography, including “Summerboy,” which she hadn’t played live since 2007. She also performed “Aura” from Artpop, and revisited the album with a shortened rendition of its single “Applause,” which she hadn’t played since 2020.

“With the launch of her Mayhem Ball tour in Las Vegas, Gaga didn’t just revisit [her Coachella] show — she expanded it, sharpened it, sprinkled in some nostalgia, and fully realized the gothic dream she had only just introduced,” Rolling Stone‘s review of opening night said.
Gaga is set to continue her Mayhem Ball tour tonight in San Francisco with a trio of concerts, before visiting L.A. for four nights, and stopping in more U.S. cities such as Seattle, New York City, Miami, Toronto, and Chicago. She’ll then head to Europe for a run in October and November.
