Kasabian announce 2025 Australia headline tour with Blossoms

Kasabian have announced an Australian headline tour for 2025. See all dates and ticket information below.

Following the release of their eighth studio album ‘Happenings’ earlier this year, Sergio Pizzorno and co have shared they’ll be heading Down Under for three shows next March.

They’ll kick off the tour, which will feature support from Blossoms, in Melbourne on March 12, before heading to Sydney on March 15 and finally to Brisbane on March 18. You can find a full list of venues further below.

Tickets go on sale this Friday (November 22) at 10am local time, and you’ll be able to get yours here.

Kasabian’s 2025 Australian tour dates are:

MARCH
12 – The Forum, Melbourne
15 – Enmore Theatre, Sydney
18 – Fortitude Music Hall, Brisbane

Blossoms’ addition to the tour follows the release of their fifth studio album ‘Gary’ earlier this year. Speaking to NME in September, frontman Tom Ogden said the new songs are “helping us stand out from the crowd a little bit”.

He added: “The songs are taking on a life of their own, and it feels like people are taking notice again, and we’ve really taken the live show to another level.”

In a four-star review of Kasabian’s ‘Happenings’, NME wrote: “At just 28 minutes in length, Kasabian’s eighth studio effort is concise, precise and generally focused. This allows a vibrant emotional clarity to bleed through its swaggering fabric, adding up to Kasabian’s strongest album in some years.”

Speaking to NME ahead of its release earlier this year, Piozzorno explained the pop-structured mentality behind the record. “Usually, I tend to react to the last album, and I went through it surgically (wahey) so that every eight bars, it hits,” Pizzorno explains. “It’s a pop record, in a way – it’s just big song after big song. I wanted to make the point, then leave as fast as possible.”

Elsewhere, Kasabian are among a handful of artists that have donated items to Teenage Cancer Trust’s Christmas ‘Star Boot Sale’. The band have offered up a framed display of their performance at the Royal Albert Hall.

All lots sold will help fund care for young people facing cancer in the UK. The auction opened at 10am today (November 18) and will run until 10am on Monday, December 2 – you can make bids and donations here.
