K-pop boyband idntt debut with first of three sub-units, unevermet

New K-pop boyband idntt have debuted with their first sub-unit, unevermet.

unevermet serves as the first of three sub-units planned for idntt – the other two, yesweare and itsnotover, have yet to debut. unevermet debuted on Monday (August 11) with the release of their self-titled debut mini-album.

The Modhaus release spans seven tracks, including ‘You Never Met’ and ‘BOYtude’ and ‘Storm’ – all three of which have accompanying music videos. Other tracks on the mini-album are ‘New’, ‘Instant Chemistry’, ‘EGO: Limitless’ and ‘Adolescence’.

The unevermet sub-unit comprises eight members Kim Do-hun, Kim Hee-ju, Choi Tae-in, Lee Jae-young, Kim Ju-ho, Nam Ji-woon and Lee Hwan-hee. yesweare and itsnotover will also include eight members a piece, while the entire idntt group boasts 24 members.

While dates have yet to be announce, Modhaus has confirmed that yesweare will be the next sub-unit to debut. Following yesweare’s debut, its members will collaborate with unevermet for a collaborative track. After that, its not over will be introduced, and idntt launch promotions as a full 24-member group.

According to a press release, fans will also have the opportunity to “reshuffle” sub-unit line-ups at a later date.

idntt follow in the footsteps of Modhaus’ other wildly successful 24-member group tripleS. tripleS debuted in 2023, and earlier this year graced NME‘s flagship editorial property that champions emerging talent, The Cover.
