Set to return for a third year to Los Angeles’ LINE Hotel from Nov. 9-11, the wellness-focused summit will host more than 15 programs with music industry executives including Creed (also Billboard‘s 2025 manager of the year), who will sit down for a conversation about his career — from helping break Bruno Mars to working alongside industry legends Irving Azoff and Clive Davis to managing a roster that includes Charli xcx, Ariana Grande, Mark Ronson, Demi Lovato, Tame Impala and Troye Sivan. The keynote will be moderated by Bill Werde, a journalist and director of the Bandier Music Business Program at Syracuse University.

Allen will lead a featured session entitled “Ego Aside: Future-Proofing Your Personal Brand,” moderated by Hollywood & Mind founder Cathy Applefeld Olson, in which she’ll discuss reinventing her career after her company shuttered during the pandemic.

Nabil Ayers (president of Beggars Group U.S.) and Alejandra Olea (managing director – Americas at Believe), who will discuss “leadership challenges, motivation through uncertainty, and navigating generational divides in today’s industry” during a panel titled “The Quiet Noise: Shifting Perspective with Music’s Power Players” moderated by jump.global founder/CEO Nick Maiale.

Second City Works, the corporate arm of hugely influential comedy improv troupe The Second City, will hit the summit for an interactive session titled “Unscripted Leadership: Improv Skills for Navigating Difficult Conversations” led by The Second City creative director Tyler Dean Kempf.

ASCAP has signed on as a presenting sponsor for this year’s summit as part of its wellness program, with other sponsors including Primary Wave Music, ONErpm, Believe/TuneCore, emeraldwave, and The Mechanical Licensing Collective (MLC).

“At a time when the music industry is facing constant change and increasing pressure, it’s never been more important to create intentional spaces for growth, connection, and honest dialogue with its workforce,” said Maiale in a statement. “Our 2025 programming was thoughtfully designed to meet professionals where they are — not just as leaders, but as people — and to help them show up with more clarity, empathy, and purpose in every part of their lives.”
