Jamie Foxx has branded Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs “a nasty motherfucker” as the latter’s sex trafficking trial continues.
Diddy is currently facing charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Foxx was speaking during a recent stop on the Emmys campaign trail for his Netflix comedy special What Had Happened Was….
“Diddy is crazy, huh?” Foxx asked the audience (via video shared by Urban Hollywood). “I don’t know if he is going to jail but he is a nasty motherfucker. Am I right? Specially for us… White people, like, ‘It’s cool,’ but for Black people… that was our hero. All that goddamn baby oil, boy! Why you so nasty, Diddy?”
“For the Black people here, you know how that hurts us,” Foxx added in relation to Diddy’s past success. “That was our whole culture. Now it’s all about the baby oil.”
It comes after Foxx recently shut down conspiracy theories that claimed Diddy tried to kill him.
Speculation began in 2023 when Foxx suffered a medical emergency, later revealed to be a stroke. While his illness still remained a mystery, some internet commentators suggested that Diddy had been involved.
But, in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Foxx dismissed the rumours. “I’m in fucking perfect shape,” he told the publication. “[I saw things like,] ‘Puffy tried to kill me.’ No, Puffy didn’t try to kill me. When they said I was a clone, that made me flip. I’m sitting in the hospital bed, like, ‘These bitch-ass motherfuckers are trying to clone me?’”
Foxx had previously addressed the Diddy speculation late last year, in his Netflix show which saw him take a sly shot at the former rap mogul, referencing the infamous parties Diddy would host for high-profile entertainment figures.
Speaking about the rumours around his health, Foxx said: “The internet was trying to kill me, though. The internet said Puffy tried to kill me. I know what you’re thinking, did he?”
“Hell no!” he continued. “I left those parties early, I was out by 9pm. Because something don’t look right, it’s slippery in here.”
Foxx appeared to be referencing the fact that during police raids of Diddy’s home in March 2024, authorities recovered items including AR-15s, narcotics and “more than 1000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant”.
He also revealed in the special that his unspecified medical emergency was actually a bleed on the brain that led to a stroke. He was told that if doctors did not operate on him as soon as possible, he would die.
