Jack White Announces ‘No Name’ World Tour, New B-Side

Those who’ve missed out on Jack White‘s last-minute pop-up shows he’s been playing for the past few months will have another chance to see him, with the rock star announcing a full-fledged world tour Thursday evening.

The No Name tour will officially begin on Dec. 1 at a festival appearance in Hong Kong, before a show in Vietnam the next day. He’ll play six concerts in Australia and one more in New Zealand before coming back to North America for shows in February. He’ll play five shows in Japan as well in March, then play nearly three dozen more shows across the U.S. and Canada. The trek will wrap in Troutdale, Oregon in May. Complete details are available on White’s website.

The tour will have a more conventional ticket rollout than the slate of shows White’s played this summer, where he was only announcing concerts at smaller underplay venues just hours or days ahead of the date. Instead, for the No Name Tour, Third Man Records Vault subscribers will have access to a pre-sale tomorrow, and a general ticket on-sale is slated for Nov. 22.

Aside from the tour, White also announced that on Friday he will release “You Got Me Searching,” a B-side to the No Name standout track “That’s How I’m Feeling.” The latter song has been one of the best-performing tracks on the album, hitting Number One on Billboard’s Alternative Airplay radio chart.

White surprise-released No Name back in July, giving out unmarked vinyl copies for free for one day to customers who made other purchases at his Third Man Records stores in Nashville, Detroit, and London. He widely released the album on streaming services in August.

No Name became one of his most lauded records in years, earning him a Grammy nomination last week for Best Rock Album.
