Ozzy Matilda Osbourne was born March 5, the couple announced yesterday (March 11) in a joint Instagram post along with grandma Sharon Osbourne.

“Introducing Ozzy Matilda Osbourne,” the caption reads with a short video of their baby girl. The clip includes a “Hello World” card with all of baby Ozzy’s vital stats, including her full name, birth date and time (7:49 am) and her weight (7 pounds, 12 ounces) and length (19 inches).

Her birth comes nearly eight months after the passing of Ozzy Osbourne who died on July 22, 2025 at his family home in Buckinghamshire after a heart attack. He was 76 years old.

Ozzy Matilda Osbourne is Jack’s fifth child, joining Pearl, Andy and Minnie from his first marriage to Lisa Stelly and Maple with Aree.

It comes just weeks after Jack Osbourne shared how “happy” his father was at performing at Black Sabbath’s huge farewell show, ‘Back To The Beginning’.

Elsewhere, Sharon recently announced that Ozzfest will return in 2027, just before it arrives in the US, while her late husband was honoured at the BRIT Awards last month with a Lifetime Achievement Award given to Sharon and daughter Kelly, the former giving an emotional acceptance speech.

Sharon also recently revealed that she’s planning to take the Ozzy exhibition that’s currently at the Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery to “tour the world”.

‘Ozzy Osbourne: Working Class Hero’, was originally opened on June 25, 2025, to coincide with the historic ‘Back To The Beginning’ concert at Villa Park on July 5. It would serve as Black Sabbath and Ozzy’s final show before his death two weeks later.

Following Ozzy’s death, the exhibition was extended until January 2026 with the blessing of the Osbournes. It currently showcases Ozzy’s most prestigious international honours, including Grammy Awards, Rock And Roll Hall of Fame accolades, MTV awards, Hollywood Walk of Fame, Birmingham Walk of Stars honours and a selection of his platinum and gold discs.
