Glassjaw announce one-off London headline show

Glassjaw have announced a one-off London headline show for this summer.

The post-hardcore legends are playing 2000trees at Upcote Farm in Cheltenham on July 11 and ahead of the show, they’ll be playing another big gig while they’re in the UK.

They’ll be performing at London’s Electric Ballroom on July 10, the day before they head to 2000trees. “Feel free to participate,” the band wrote on their Instagram account confirming the show.

Glassjaw were last in the UK last summer for Outbreak Festival. They played two sets across the festival’s Manchester site, performing their classic album ‘Worship And Tribute’ on the Saturday and ‘Everything You Ever Wanted To Know About Silence’ on the Sunday. In addition, they played Outbreak’s inaugural London edition that same weekend, performing a mixture of the two albums.

It was the first time the band have performed a set composed solely of tracks from these records since 2022, which marked the 25th anniversary of ‘Worship & Tribute’.

In other news, 2000trees has just announced that Neck Deep will be headlining the Saturday of the festival, the same day that Glassjaw are playing.

Also on the bill are Sprints, Lambrini Girls, Cancer Bats, Dinosaur Pile-Up, High Vis, Ho99o9, The Dirty Nil, Superheaven, Scowl and Bad Nerves.

Other names confirmed for the festival include Blackgold, Hyphen, Pool Kids, Coach Party, Saturdays At Your Place, Nothing, Pinkshift and Heart Attack Man.
