Fcukers share propulsive new single ‘I Like It Like That’, announce Tame Impala support slots in US

Fcukers have this week (October 7) shared a propulsive new single, ‘I Like It Like That’ – check it out below.

The latest from the New York duo, made up of Shanny Wise (vocals) and Jackson Walker Lewis (bass, keys, production) is produced by Kenneth Blume (FKA Kenny Beats).

The latest follows on from recent single ‘Play Me’. ‘I Like It Like That’ was celebrated with a special ‘I Like It Like That’ release party at Madrid’s Clamores – a free event co-promoted with the city’s Pogo Collective (co-founded by Ade Martin from the band Hinds).

The video for the track features both Shanny and Jackso and is directed by New York creative Scott Kiernan who has worked with the likes of Chvrches and Beach House.

In our NME Cover story with the band last year, Fcukers opened up on their experience playing SXSW, telling us: “I’ve played to one person there before, but this last one… I felt like I was in Blur.”

They also shared their stories playing the Pickle Factory in London, adding: “Everybody arrived soaking wet, and then the room got hot, so people were literally steaming. It was gross but fun.”

The band released their debut EP, ‘Baggy$$’, last September.
