Coheed And Cambria share uplifting single ‘Someone Who Can’ and announce co-headline tour with Taking Back Sunday

Coheed And Cambria have shared a new single called ‘Someone Who Can’ and announced a US co-headline tour with Taking Back Sunday. Find out the details below.

Shared today (January 14), the new track marks the latest preview of the group’s forthcoming album ‘The Father Of Make Believe’. Set for release on March 14 via Virgin Music Group, the album contains previously shared singles ‘Blind Side Sonny’ and ‘Searching For Tomorrow’. You can pre-order it here.

The latest offering, ‘Someone Who Can’, sees the band capture an uplifting feel and look back at how the experiences they’ve had have brought them to exactly where they want to be.

This is us / Running out of magic, losing touch / All or nothing swimming against the under,” sings primary songwriter and lead guitarist Claudio Sanchez atop the upbeat riff, building into the pre-chorus. “There’s no time to look back / Straight as arrows / Into the light at the end of the road.

“When you’re growing up, you’re perpetually trying to understand the world that’s changing around you,” the frontman said, explaining the inspiration for the track. “Over time, it’s comforting to reach the conclusion that you’ll never truly have things figured out.”
