CLOSE YOUR EYES share suave new mini-album ‘Blackout’

CLOSE YOUR EYES have released their third mini-album, ‘Blackout’ – check it out below.

Released earlier this week (November 11) via label Uncore Entertainment, the EP consists of six tracks: ‘X’, ‘SOB’, ‘CHIC’, ‘2.0’, ‘Who’s Dat? (Jane Doe)’ and the English version of ‘X’.

The EP sees the group dive into a dynamic R&B sound, mixed with house-inspired elements. You can listen to the mini-album below.

CLOSE YOUR EYES also released a suave music video for lead single ‘X’. The clip sees the boys across various settings, including a room that begins to crack and fall apart, while various members of the group disintegrate.

The new mini-album arrives just four months after releasing their second EP, ‘Snowy Summer,’ and seven months after their debut mini-album, ‘Eternalt’.

The EP comes shortly after CLOSE YOUR EYES were nominated for Best New Artist at the upcoming MAMA Awards. The annual awards show is slated over two days in Hong Kong on November 28 and 29.

CLOSE YOUR EYES are set to hold their first concert in Korea in January next year, and will kickoff a Japan tour in February, with stops in Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka.

CLOSE YOUR EYES debuted under Uncore in April, after being formed through the JTBC survival television show Project 7 in 2024.
