Chris Schuman and Shawn Worlow as Co-Presidents

RockForce, a leading live-event production company, has named Chris Schuman and Shawn Worlow as co-presidents. The two will take the helm following the exit of outgoing chief executive Bob McClintock, who led the March 2025 integration of the company’s nine founding companies — Bigger Hammer, Collective Payroll, ESI Global, James Thomas Productions, The Production Collective, Stagewise Productions, Theatrical Resources, Tri-State Stage Labor and Upstage Center.

McClintock will transition to the company’ board of directors as part of the leadership change.

Schuman hails from James Thomas Productions and “brings decades of operational expertise and has played a central role in building the foundational systems behind RockForce,” according to a press release announcing the promotions.

Worlow is the founder and president of The Production Collective and has worked on a number of large-scale events including Formula 1 racing, Las Vegas’s SEMA Fest, and the NFL Draft.

“With the country’s upcoming 250th anniversary, the FIFA World Cup 2026, and other music festivals, big tours, and more, the live entertainment industry is preparing for an incredible year,” said David Bernstein, founder and executive chairman of RockForce. “RockForce is the most responsive, reliable, and experienced team in the industry. We named Chris and Shawn as our new co-presidents to lead RockForce and position the company to be ahead of the curve and continue to set the standard for workforce and production excellence.”

Rockforce is currently focused on increasing its rigging capacity for 2026, expanding its rigging division through its hiring of ETCP, SPRAT and IRATA-certified riggers. The company plans to support its new division through workforce development programs and new training initiatives.
