Glastonbury has revealed the lineup for the 2025 edition of the British music festival. Headliners will include the previously-announced Neil Young and the Chrome Hearts and Rod Stewart, as well as Olivia Rodrigo, the 1975, Charli XCX, Doechii, Noah Kahan, the Prodigy, Alanis Morissette, Raye, and Biffy Clyro.
Other confirmed acts include Gracie Abrams, Shaboozey, Busta Rhymes, Brandi Carlile, John Fogerty, Wet Leg, PinkPantheress, St. Vincent, Father John Misty, Lucy Dacus, Weezer, and Nile Rodgers and Chic. More artists are yet to be announced, according to the festival. Oasis previously shot down rumors of a performance, although fans have been speculating that Sabrina Carpenter and Rihanna might still be added.
Young announced himself as a headliner for Glastonbury earlier this year when he said he was pulling out of the U.K. festival because it was a “corporate turn-off.” However, two days later, the musician reversed course.
“Due to an error in the information received, I had decided to not play the Glastonbury festival,” Young wrote on the Neil Young Archives, “which I have always loved. Happily, the festival is back on our itinerary and we look forward to playing! Hope to see there there!”
Glastonbury co-organizer Emily Eavis confirmed the news in a post on the official Glastonbury Instagram page. “What a start to the year!” she wrote. “Neil Young is an artist who’s very close to our hearts at Glastonbury. He does things his own way and that’s why we love him. We can’t wait to welcome him back here to headline the Pyramid in June.”
Glastonbury is set for June 25-29 at Worthy Farm in Somerset, England. The festival typically takes place every year, although it will pause in 2026 to “give the land a rest.” Eavis told the Sun last year, “The festival before a fallow year is always a fun one to plan, because you almost have to fit two years into one.”
Tickets for Glastonbury sold out in November in only 35 minutes. The date for ticket resale, where tickets that have not been fully paid for are put back up for purchase, is set for the spring, although the exact date has not been announced.
