Chappell Roan Adds More Shows to ‘The Midwest Princess’ Tour

Between upcoming festival appearances at All Things Go and Austin City Limits, the musician will perform in Tennessee, Arkansas, and Iowa

Pop music’s ultimate one-to-watch, Chappell Roan, is giving her blossoming fan base three more opportunities to catch her live show. This October, in between festival circuit appearances at All Things Go and Austin City Limits, the musician will perform in Tennessee, Arkansas, and Iowa as part of her extended The Midwest Princess tour.

Roan will perform three back-to-back shows beginning Oct. 1. First, she’ll hit Firstbank Amphitheater in Franklin, then Walmart Amp in Rogers, and Westfair Amphitheater in Council Bluffs. The singer shared on social media that the pre-sale for the live shows will begin on Wednesday, July 17, at 10 a.m. local time with code PINKPONY. The general sale will launch on Friday, July 19, at 10 a.m. local time via the official Chappell Roan website.

The Midwest Princess tour, in support of Roan’s debut album, The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess, began in September 2023. She has six shows remaining on the current North American leg of the show before she heads over to Europe for nine shows in September. This spring, Roan also joined Olivia Rodrigo on the Guts world tour.

“This just rocks,” Roan told Rolling Stone earlier this year. “It’s amazing to be living up my little pop-star life. It’s so slay.” At the time, she couldn’t have predicted the explosive summer she has been experiencing. A few days after delivering a career-defining performance at the Governors Ball Music Festival in New York, the musician settled back into the safe space of her own headlining shows and opened up to her audience about how she had been feeling.

“I just want to be honest with the crowd. I feel a little off today, because I think my career is going really fast and it’s hard to keep up,” she said, adding, “I’m just being honest; I’m having a hard time today. I’m not trying to give you a lesser show. Thank you for understanding. This is all I’ve ever wanted.”
