Burna Boy shares club-inspired new single ‘Bundle By Bundle’

Burna Boy has announced his eighth studio album ‘No Sign Of Weakness’ – listen to new single ‘Bundle By Bundle’ below.

The Afrobeats star is due to release the record next year via Spaceship, Bad Habit and Atlantic Records. It’ll follow on from his 2023 full-length effort ‘I Told Them…’.

‘Bundle By Bundle’ was produced by Burna Boy’s frequent collaborator Telz. He had teased the song at nightclubs in his native Nigeria.

Sharing a video of himself dancing on social media, Burna Boy (real name Damini Ogulu) described the energetic, party-inspired track as “something light for this Onwa December”.

Tune in here:

‘I Told Them…’ received a nomination for Best Global Music Album at the 2024 Grammys, with the single ‘City Boys’ being up for Best African Music Performance in the category’s inaugural year. ‘Sittin’ On Top Of The World’ (featuring 21 Savage) was also in the running for Best Melodic Rap Performance.

Burna Boy’s 2024 single ‘Higher’ is nominated for Best African Music Performance at the Grammys 2025.

Next April, the artist is set to perform a headline show at the Stade de France – the country’s biggest stadium – before taking to the stage in Berlin and Mönchengladbach in July.

In a four-star review of last year’s ‘I Told Them…’, NME said that the project was “not only more memorable and focused than its expansive predecessor, but it’s [Burna Boy’s] strongest album yet”. It added: “Whichever mood he’s in, Burna Boy creates pure magic here. A genius, indeed.”

Over the summer, Burna Boy featured on Coldplay’s single ‘We Pray’ alongside Little Simz and more. Chris Martin and co. had debuted the track during their headline set at Glastonbury 2024.

Burna Boy also performed on the Pyramid Stage ahead of SZA‘s bill-topping slot at Worthy Farm in June.
