In 2024, the two K-pop titans teamed up for a travel variety show named Are You Sure?!, which ran for eight episodes on Disney+. Now, the streaming platform has confirmed that a second season will premiere soon, and will see the BTS members return for another eight episodes.

Two episodes will release each Wednesday from December 3 through December 24 on Disney+. It will chronicle the duo’s 12-day journey.

An official synopsis of the season reads: “Armed with nothing more than a shoestring budget and a well-worn guidebook, the pair will travel from the mountains of Switzerland to the beaches of Da Nang, Vietnam, facing challenges, laugh-out-loud moments and heartfelt experiences along the way.”

A trailer for season two has yet to be released, but you can relive the pair’s journey in season one through the trailer below.

The K-pop juggernauts in early July reunited for the first time since 2022, with all seven members having completed their mandatory military service in South Korea. During a special livestream, BTS confirmed rumours that they were preparing to release new music.

“We’ll be releasing a new BTS album in the spring of next year. Starting in July, all seven of us will begin working closely together on new music. Since it will be a group album, it will reflect each member’s thoughts and ideas. We’re approaching the album with the same mindset we had when we first started,” BTS said in a statement at the time.

“We’re also planning a world tour alongside the new album,” they added. “We’ll be visiting fans all around the world, so we hope you’re as excited as we are.”

The group’s leader RM has since confirmed that they’ll be releasing new music around March 2026.

BTS went on hiatus in 2022, so that its members could also “explore some solo projects”, while juggling their mandatory military service.
