Beck announces 2025 North American orchestral shows

Beck has announced a string of orchestral shows set to take place across North America later this summer.

The musician will be accompanied by native orchestras for nine shows in eight cities in the U.S. and Canada. The performances will see Beck and the orchestras reimagine hits and deep cuts from across his discography, including ‘Odelay’, ‘Mutations’, ‘Sea Change’ and ‘Morning Phase’, as well as various surprises.

The tour will kick off on July 15 at the Westville Music Bowl in New Haven, CT and will see Beck make stops in cities such as Montreal, Toronto, Cincinnati, Highland Park, Colorado Springs and more. The string of dates will wrap up on July 29 at The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park in San Diego, California.

Molly Lewis will be serving as opening support. General ticket sales will commence on Friday (March 7) at 10am local time. Check out a full list of dates below and visit here to purchase tickets.

Last month, Beck announced orchestral shows at London’s Royal Albert Hall this spring for “two nights only”.

“London! Announcing two orchestral performances at Royal Albert Hall accompanied by the BBC Concert Orchestra on 19 & 20 April,” he wrote on social media. Beck confirmed that the first London show would be conducted by Edwin Outwater, and the second by Troy Miller.

In 2024 Beck went on an orchestral US tour, and used the shows to perform countless fan favourites, as well as new covers. The opening night of the tour took place at the Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery Amphitheatre in Woodinville, Washington on July 3, before continuing over the weekend with a slot at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles on July 6.

In other Beck-related news, the musician shared an atmospheric cover of the classic George Harrison track ‘Be Here Now’.  In his cover, Beck, for the most part, keeps the same charm and ethereal atmosphere that Harrison displayed in the original while adding subtle elements of his own signature style within.

He also teamed up with The Black Keys in November 2024 for a psychedelic-imbued track called  ‘I’m With The Band’, from the expanded version of the band’s latest album, ‘Ohio Players’.
