Bar Italia have shared a new single called ‘Rooster’ and added more dates to their upcoming tour. Check out the details below.
The new single marks the latest preview of the band’s forthcoming album ‘Some Like It Hot’, which is set for release on October 17 via Matador.
It follows on from previous singles ‘Cowbella’ and ‘Fundraiser’, and sees the group deliver captivating grooves alongside sinister guitar elements. It also comes with a new music video, in which the band deliver a powerful and unhinged rendition of the song.

As well as announcing the new song, the band have also added more new shows to their itinerary, announcing dates across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, the UK and Europe.
Dates kick off with an album release show on October 18 in London, and continues with stops in Spain, France, Belgium and the Netherlands later that month. The US leg of the tour commences in November, before the band head over to Australia and New Zealand at the end of the year.
The tour picks up again at the end of January 2026 with two shows in Japan, and then see the members head over to Europe again for the next two months. Dates in Switzerland, Italy, Germany and more are scheduled here, and the tour wraps up with a handful of UK dates.
UK and Ireland shows include gigs in Dublin, Belfast, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester and Bristol, before wrapping up with Bar Italia’s biggest show to date at London’s Roundhouse on March 26.
Support comes from xmal, Voyeur and Lifeguard, and you can visit here for UK tickets, here for US and European tickets, and here for Australia and New Zealand tickets.

The title for the band’s new album is inspired by the 1959 film of the same name, which starred Marilyn Monroe, Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon as a group of rogue musicians.
Outside of the group, the band’s own Nina Cristante teamed up with Yves Tumor to share a collaborative track called ‘WE DONT COUNT’ this summer. It followed Cristante’s previous singles ‘TWINK’ and ‘Till the devil gets bored’, as well as ‘Discordia’ – a collaborative EP with fellow Roman artist Orazio.
Bar Italia’s third studio LP ‘Tracey Denim’ in 2023, which received a four-star review, NME wrote: “The 15 impressively arranged tracks on ‘Tracey Denim’ will only bolster Bar Italia’s discography to date, ushering them, whether they like it or not, even further into the spotlight.”
